You can read the article and the entire magazine on COSE’s web site here or view the article as a PDF file here.
The Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) is the Greater Cleveland region’s largest small business support organization and provides cost-effective group purchasing programs, advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues, and networking and educational resources to help Northeast Ohio’s small businesses grow. With more than 15,000 members, COSE is a driving force in advocating for the priorities of Northeast Ohio’s small businesses.
One final thought: in collections if you don’t ask for the money you don’t get the money. Professional and timely follow-up of your invoicing is an essential part of the process of getting paid for the work you do and so is referring difficult and seriously delinquent accounts to the experts. Remember – you’re a business, not a bank!
